We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Recruitment Consultant with both a corporate background and an entrepreneurial/startup mentality.

In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of the new business unit, including setting goals and targets, creating and implementing strategies to achieve those goals, and continuously improving processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

While the role is of an operations team leader, you’ll still mainly act as a senior recruitment consultant for executive positions and interview and assess top-tier candidates for a variety of C-level and executive roles. You will work with your team who will assist in researching to sourcing candidates. In your work, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

You will also be requested to give input on processes, create new processes and workflows, and act as an internal subject matter expert on anything related to recruitment and executive search. You will be responsible for leading change and setting the direction for the recruitment team, as well as creating new relationships with other executive search firms that join the Keller network.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operations of a new business unit, setting goals and targets, creating and implementing strategies to achieve those goals, and continuously improving processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate top-tier candidates for C-level and executive roles, using advanced interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for C-level and executive positions, including job postings, resume reviews and offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor to both
  • Participate in business development activities, including client acquisition and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Give input on processes, create new processes and workflows, and act as an internal subject matter expert on matters related to recruitment and executive search
  • Lead change and set the direction for the recruitment team
  • Create new relationships with other executive search firms that join the Keller network
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in C-level and executive recruitment, seeking ways to improve processes and deliver value to clients

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on placing C-level executives and other high-level roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Corporate background with an entrepreneurial/startup mentality
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members
  • High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with C-level clients and candidates
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, including experience in leading and managing a team
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and experience interviewing and assessing candidates at the executive level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Psychology, HR, business administration, or accounting.
  • Experience in setting and achieving business goals and targets
  • Strong business development skills and experience in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
