The full-time Data Specialist position, based in our Moscow Idaho headquarters or remotely,is responsible for analyzing, diagnosing and proactively looking at data problems andenhancements.
By focusing on broad data sets you will be helping internal teams and customers use thedata within the Lightcast product including WebApp, API and Snowflake. This includesanswering technical questions, solving tickets, dealing with complaints, and furtherdeveloping our knowledge base.Responsibilities
- Learn new technologies quickly and ability to understand complex use cases andproblems
- Assist both technical and non-technical clients in troubleshooting questionsthrough JIRA tickets, meetings and via chat
- Communicate issue resolution or escalation details to internal teams and client
- Create and maintain Help materials for our knowledge base and ensure they areaccessible to our clients and internal teams for data question
Qualifications
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills: the ability to be empathetic, accurate,compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious
- Ability to understand customers’ problems and offer a perfect solution for theirunique needs
- Highly organized and great at keeping track of large and small tasks
- Working knowledge of SQL (Snowflake) is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Ex: Salesforce, Jira) is a plus
