What you will do
- Communicate with stakeholders and leaders of departments and business units to understand their business needs and support their operations and development
- Develop and monitor business metrics and business KPIs
- Business performance analysis and optimisation
- Analysis of deviations in business performance
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Expand and automate business performance monitoring solution and processes
- Participate in strategic planning and business planning
- Markets and competitors analysis
- Communicate proactively insights and analysis done by the team
- Build and lead Business Analytics team to meet the analytical needs of the Company
- Implement and manage the processes of the team (hiring, development, growth, operations, business support, analysis)
Requirements
- Previous experience (5-7 years) in analytics and 2-3 years as a team leader of analytical teams
- Business oriented with organisational skills
- Highly analytical with critical thinking
- Good level of Math and Statistics
- Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Fluent English (at least C1 level)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics
