- Support of VDI server farm, Windows server OS, Windows OS.
- Automation of Windows secure build deployment and OS management.
- Automation of routine tasks with Powershell scripts
- Centralized management and distribution of software using group policies
- Help to troubleshoot problems with corporate workplace, such as
- Laptops, local networks and Wi-Fi, printers, IP telephony
- Manage user access rights and permissions
- Create and maintain automations and integrations to simplify the
- Interaction of employees with internal services of the Company
Daily responsibilities are:
- Providing Technical support for employees
- Troubleshooting Windows system
- System administration
- Monitoring security alerts
- Development of automation scripts
- License management
Requirements
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows)
- Experience with ActiveDirectory services
- Hands on experience with Hyprer-V virtualisation
- Basic experience with networks and VPN
- Experience with automation using Powershell scripts
- Working knowledge of English language is a must
- Be Customer-oriented and cool-tempered, readiness to fulfill repeating requests and resolve repeating issues
- Good communication skills, ability and willingness to provide service of high quality
