We are looking for an experienced talent to join our ADS/ADAS Team and take on product coordination role. In this role you will be working with our Product Manager (aka Product Lead) and Product Technical Leads and drive our product through development stages to deployment. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate managers of multiple teams and to remove any roadblocks that may be on the path of our product. You will help us to know where we are and what needs to be done. You will work with other teams at ARRIVAL, including vehicle teams, test and validation, business development and many others. You will also contribute to the product itself.
Projects that you will coordinate include our inhouse state-of-the-art autonomous driving system, a bunch of smart ADAS features and also you will have a chance to take part in racing of autonomous cars at legendary racetracks.

Expertise
- 3+ years of agile product development and 3+ years of classic project management. The more the better, as long as it hasn’t made you too conservative.
- 3+ years of experience with software and/or electronics products, experience in automotive products is a strong bonus. Experience with ADS/ADAS is even stronger bonus. The more the better, as long as it hasn’t made you too conservative.
- A record of released products.
- Be ready to manage 3 and more complex projects at once.
- Be a driver, motivator, doer and be able to prove it with a few facts from experience.
- Startup mindset.
- Comfortable to work in multi-cultural environment.
