JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting with the preparation of commercial contracts, company acts, and other legal documentation
- Preparation of basic corporate governance documentation and other related matters for the subsidiaries within the region
- Helping to ensure compliance of regulations, policies, other acts and documents with different legislations, laws and other legal acts
- Assisting with the preparation of legal reports and other necessary information for business decisions
- Providing legal advice and assistance to other departments
- Support to the HR department in the field of labour law and assistance in the preparation of employment documentation related to disciplinary procedures and procedures for termination of employment agreements
- Providing legal administrative support with legal and other documentation
- Filing basic legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting research, gathering, analyzing and presenting summarized findings on different legal topics
- Other tasks as required by the Employer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in Law;
- Previous experience in legal position for at least 3-4 years
- Previous experience working with corporate law matters, preferably in an international firm;
- Ability to work independently and organize your time and tasks accordingly;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, set your own priorities, and be proactive
- Highly developed communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language, both in verbal and written form
