Your mission:The Legal Intern will work alongside an international team of 10 lawyers based in Moscow, Kiev and Paris. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on exposure to multiple legal topics in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and internationally: regulatory, contracts, intellectual property, compliance, etc..
What you will directly contribute to:- Legal research, population of legal knowledge database and preparing regulatory updates
- Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts
- Contributing to set-up of reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation
- Handling requests from users and authorities
- Ensuring the follow-up of pre-litigation / litigation
- Advising all teams of BlaBlaCar on various subjects (consumer protection, advertising, regulatory, privacy, contracts, IP, competition, digital law etc)
What you will need to be successful in this role:- You are in your final year of bachelor studies in law or currently studying for master’s degree, ideally in digital law
- Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken)
- Prior internship experience in an international company working with cross-disciplinary teams is a plus
- You are structured, organized, motivated and result-oriented
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from othersYou are proactive and able to move projects forward
