Job Description
The Cloud Delivery Product Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of the current Cloud Delivery products and guide future development efforts. Participating in sales and support conversations with customers, planning new features with engineers, and improving the Cloud Delivery documentation will be the primary focus. Initially this role will own the integration of EmsiBG’s cloud delivery products including BG Cloud, Emsi Snowflake and NOVA Data Feeds.Responsibilities- Own and Drive Product Development efforts on Cloud Delivery Platform
- Ensure Cloud Delivery Platform offerings and format align with API Product line
- Work closely with the API Product Manager to ensure unified terminology and approach
- Manage Cloud Delivery stats and usage data
- Create dashboards to support business unit and Product needs
- Support content creation for Cloud Delivery documentation site
- Improve use case content (Documentation, Guides, Videos)
- Standardize and deliver Cloud Data Dictionary to improve time for clients to implement
- Support internal Cloud Delivery customers - including consulting and applied research teams
- Ensure the Cloud products meet internal requirements
- Manage feedback and create and prioritize new features/improvements
- Create and manage continuous improvement projects across the product line
Expected Proficiencies- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements
