Risk Manager (Business Control Officer) - Revolut Business

ABOUT THE ROLE :
Revolut's Business Control office works with department heads to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks.
We are excited to add an individual responsible for owning risk management for the Revolut Business team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Working with our Revolut Business team to identify and review operational risks• Designing and implementing test controls• Developing and review key risk indicators• Delivering risk incident reports
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED:
• 2:1 degree from a top university• Around 4+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting, preferably in financial services• Strong problem-solving skills• Strong interpersonal skillsA little about usWhen Revolut was founded in 2015, we had a vision to build a sustainable, digital alternative to traditional big banks.
