Now we're in full swing of developing mobility services. It’s no secret that the market is shifting from owning to using and we want to be a part of this trend. That aside, our strategy implies controlling the supply chain - where we interact with customers directly, without mediators.That’s why we’re looking for a person to help us build mobile services from the ground up for both personal and business clientele.What does it entail from the practical standpoint? We plan on making all communication with a client through one space - an app. From the service standpoint, we’re integrating features of test-driving, subscription, and car-sharing.Responsibilities
- Market research, discovery of target audience, their tasks, needs and user experience.
- Competitive and market analysis, the formation of a model for product UX and functional development, its target characteristics down to the level of measurable KPI.
- Organisation and design of product usage scenarios, target functionality, models for launching products on the market, defining communication channels.
- Ensuring tasks and terms of product development in collaboration with the project teams as the owner of the product, setting goals for design and development; assessment of the quality of implementation, upholding the interests of users and businesses;
- Managing relationships with attracted contractors and partners.
- Organising the collection and processing feedback from users in order to develop user characteristics and product quality;
- Organisation of qualitative and quantitative assessment of product performance, metric analysis and reporting
- Design and development of algorithms for training company's information systems for automated support of a product in its life cycle.
- Preparation, presentation and coordination of design results with project teams and management.
Expertise
- Experience of managing products development as a product manager.
- Direct participation in managing products with international user audiences and remote teams. Preferably - high-tech service companies.
- Excellence in developing, setting, implementing goals and objectives for the development of digital products from the interests of users and businesses; experience in designing and analysing models to ensure the payback, efficiency, profitability.
- Excellent in methods, practices and tools for analysing, designing and building user experience in the field of websites, applications and digital storefronts..
- Deep practical experience in product development by agile methodologies.
- Free in user - focused and service - oriented analytical thinking regarding users tasks, interests, perceptions.
- Fluent English
