Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Technical Product Management team who will collaborate with the Information Technology Department and support company growth by improving the company's real-time data processing services (stakeholders are internal departments and other development teams). Being a part of the Technical Product Management you will define the future of real-time data processing services, related features, enablers, and user-stories (formalize requirements as a list of features and define acceptance criteria per feature/enabler) in alignment with the strategy of Libertex Group.
What Will You Do?
- Ensure scalability and stability for all services under your responsibility, as requested by the company’s growth plan;
- Develop technical product documentation including product vision, strategy, roadmap;
- Conduct technical solution discovery in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team and subject domain experts;
- Catalogue decisions and organize information to share among the IT Department;
- Maintain the product backlog (in accordance with user-stories requirements) for the Data Engineering and Development teams;
- Establish metrics and key indicators to support quality of the data and product;
- Manage a feature/enabler delivery according to roadmap and stakeholders decisions;
- Conduct new features demonstration to stakeholders in collaboration with the development team;
- Ensures that product functionality and performance meet the criteria of the technical product metrics;
- Help the Team Leader / Scrum-Master to identify and improve gaps in workflow or team's knowledge/competency that impact product performance and metrics.
Requirements
- 2 years+ of experience in Software Product Management using Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe);
- Understanding of real-time data processing products and processes;
- Knowledge and understanding of Cloud Data Platforms, Data Lakes and Warehouses, ETL, Automated Reporting, Insight and Analytics and Machine Learning, Messaging system;
- Ability to query a database using SQL to understand the data;
- Ability to prioritize features based on their impact and business value;
- Basic understanding of the frontend and backend services, REST API, microservices;
- Ability to write product documentation (specification, requirements, instructions, product strategy and roadmap);
- Clear communication skills amp; the ability to build strong co-working environment;
- Advanced English (must), Intermediate Russian (desired).
