We are Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. Osome is the silent hero in the background helping over 6,500 businesses spend less time on routine admin and more time on changing the world for the better.
We make use of machine learning (AI) and complex algorythms to build mobile and web products and automate accounting, tax, company formation, and other tasks.
We have over 250 staff representing 15 nationalities, offices in Singapore (HQ), London, Hong Kong, Moscow, and Kuala Lumpur.
This is remote vacancy, valid for Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other locations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with new clients to ensure adoption of Osome’s suite of services
- Address clients’ concerns in an appropriate and timely manner via our platform, over the phone, and face to face meetings
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate any issues clients might be experiencing
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure growth attainment
- Uphold excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure clients love us, stay with us and refer their friends to us.
- Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experiences would make up for the lack in qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet be able to contribute in a team
- Positive attitude and willing to continuously develop and learn
- Experience in a client facing role, or experience related to corporate services, accounting or tax would be a plus
- Experience in a Client Success role would be highly regarded
