Your job will be to:

  • take care of the full cycle of the recruitment process, everything from sourcing to hiring
  • be creative, use different sourcing methods, not be afraid to test and try new solutions
  • build relationships and trust with your hiring managers, partner with them to identify recruitment needs, determine selection criteria, maximize recruitment efforts and develop sourcing strategies, act as an advisor and an expert in the field
  • use the ATS system efficiently in order to maintain and document candidate communication and hiring process documentation
  • foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • organize and conduct meetings such as: trial period performance reviews or exit interviews
  • work with managers on the development of career paths
  • support internal talent development initiatives, internal talent growth and transfers
  • support the organization and implementation of the performance review process
  • lead employer branding initiatives and team-building activities on the Russian market
  • maintain job boards, the career site, SM portals
  • manage onboarding for new employees and keep control over equipment set up for new employees
  • coordinate benefit programs for employees, renew agreements with suppliers or search for new suppliers, if needed
  • track/prepare all HR-related documentation, including labor agreements and annexes
  • work closely with Accountancy, Payroll, HQ Talent amp; Culture department, reporting to the Talent Lead based in our HQ in Poland;
  • be data driven, use tools and metrics to perform your job to the fullest


What we expect:

  • excellent command of English (C1 is a must)
  • native Russian
  • min 1 year of?experience in sourcing and recruitment
  • hands-on experience of full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • experience working with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • exceptional time-management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • superb verbal and written communication skills
  • high energy and drive, with a strong positive outlook
  • ability to establish and maintain trust and relationships with executives and management
  • internet savvy and experienced in social media, brand and networking
