IT Financial Manager

• Management of IT vendors
• Maintaining actual registry of IT vendors and suppliers
• Regular review and optimization of provisioned services
• Processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments and service availability
• Control of balance for prepaid services
• Accounting reporting for card payments (timely providing of receipts)
• IT budgeting. Control of budget execution, tracking actual expenses vs plan
• IT workload reporting
• Ad-hoc reports creation by management request (Jira, Google sheets, Excel)

Requirements

• Financial Degree required
• Min 1 yr of related IT Accounting/Finance
• Experience in Budgeting/Forecasting
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management
• Self-dependance, high attention to detail
