The essence of the role

As our new Account Executive your objective will be developing and executing new business opportunities from prospecting to closing the deals in your territory, as well as managing the relationship with the accounts that you signed. In close collaboration with the customers and Sinch’s own cross-functional teams, you will ensure the right products are offered and finally delivered with the highest ROI for both parties. You will mainly target enterprises in the region and work with Sinch’s whole Enterprise product portfolio to offer the best solution to the client’s need.

As a start you will focus on exploring the still untapped potential and opportunities in Russia, but in the future this could come to include other territory's as well.

You will be based in Russia, but collaborate with colleagues across Europe, and report into the Sales Director located in Italy.

As our new Account Executive, you will:

  • Own and drive the whole sales cycle from prospecting to sign.
  • Prospect and analyze relevant verticals/industries.
  • Analyze potential clients’ offering, needs and business requirements
  • Initiate new sales activities and build a pipeline of new sales accounts in new verticals
  • Build a regular and consistent contact with a global customer base via telephone, email, LinkedIn, face to face meeting and industry events
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Who are you?

You are a seasoned sales professional who has experience from both business development as well as account executive. You have experience from working with enterprise sales offering SaaS software solutions in the region. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are both self-motivated and results oriented but with a strong commitment to excellent customer service and profitable sales. You have superb interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and colleagues.

We believe you have the following in order to contribute to this role:

  • Previous experience and proven successful track record in territory sales.
  • 5-10 years experience from B2B sales in messaging, software or Telecom.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Russian and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • The location for this role is in the Moscow area.
