Main purpose

  • Building amp; nurturing pipeline
  • New leads generation amp; business development
  • Market development amp; taking over competition
  • Revenue growth amp; support quota targets

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  • Business development, actively seek out new sales opportunities and leads generation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Handling direct and indirect (partner) sales
  • Tied cooperation with channel partners
  • Deliver presentations on products and services in cooperation with Presales team
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate and close deals in cooperation with upper management
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

  • Work Experience amp; Functional/Technical Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in software sales
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good negotiations and problem-solving skills
  • RPA background (preferable)
  • Knowledge of banking/finance/insurance/public sector/manufacturing sectors (preferable)
  • Expertise in indirect/channel sales
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Education and Certifications

  • Specialist or bachelor’s degree
  • English knowledge -Proficient user
