Main purpose

  • New partner search amp; onboarding
  • Partner ecosystem management
  • Existing partners empowerment
  • Support partner sales channel

Key Accountabilities

  • Identify, prospect and on-board new channel partners
  • End to end partner relationship management
  • Coordination with partners to create and execute marketing plans and meat sales goals
  • Track relationship for revenue goals and co-marketing initiatives
  • Empower amp; support partner training amp; coaching
  • Address partner related issues in timely and effective manner
  • Support of joint go-to-market for products amp; services
  • Act as point of contact between partner organizations and internal company teams
  • Support partner delivery amp; services projects

Requirements

Work Experience amp; Functional/Technical Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience in partner amp; channel management
  • Demonstrated excellence in developing partnerships
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead partner amp; training programs
  • Understanding the enterprise software sales process
  • Ability to work effectively across organizations
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

Education and Certifications

  • Specialist or bachelor’s degree
  • English knowledge -Proficient user
