Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Technical Product Management team who will collaborate with the Information Technology Department and support company growth by improving Company middleware web services (stakeholders are internal departments and other development teams).
What Will You Do?
- Being a part of the Technical Product Management team you will work with Business-owners, Enterprise Architecture team, IT delivery amp; Operation teams and it’s Technical Product Managers to define web services related features, enablers, and user-stories (formalize requirements as a list of features and define acceptance criteria per feature/enabler). You will prioritize them, in alignment with the company strategy.
- Ensure scalability, stability for Mission critical and Business critical web services
- Develop technical product documentation including product vision, strategy, roadmap. High-level functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct technical solution discovery in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team and subject domain experts.
- Catalogue decisions and organize information to share among the IT Department.
Requirements
Delivery and Execution
- Ensure that features/enablers in the Product Backlog are refined down to user-stories and have an estimation by the development team
- Ensure the development team understands requirements of the user-story and it’s acceptance criteria in the Team Backlog
- Manage a feature/enabler delivery according to roadmap and stakeholder. expectations by using agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Conduct a feature demo to stakeholders in collaboration with the development team
- Ensures that product functionality and performance meet the criteria of the technical product metrics
People
- Help the Team Leader / Scrum-Master to identify gaps in work processes or team's knowledge/competency impacted product performance/metrics and ensure that they are completed.
Key Skills Required
- Degree Educated or higher.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Product Management in software development (microservices).
- Understanding of the work frontend and backend services, REST API, microservices.
- Ability to write product documentation (specification, requirements, instructions, product strategy and roadmap).
- Ability to prioritise features based on the value.
- Clear communication skills amp; the ability to build strong business relationships;
- Experience of negotiation at the high level.
- A solid grasp of product delivery on Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Languages: English, Russian.
