Job profile:
We are looking for Project Managers to run the development of our backend projects: market data and execution connectors, trading API, static data service.
Market data and execution connectors are written on Scala. There are small modules with deep integration in our microservice infrastructure. The purpose of these modules is to receive market data (quotes) from exchange and provide ability to trade via external API (FIX amp; HTTP protocols) or our GUI terminals. As EXANTE supports over 50+ exchanges over the world, we have 50+ different integrations.
The static data service is based on Python. It’s a complex solution to getting parameters for instruments from external sources and synchronizing instruments between different production environments.
Requirements
- Leading the project
- Be responsible for processes within the team
- Coordinating staff and internal resources
- Communicate with product owners and customers
- Prepare tasks for development, including analysis and research
- Deep understanding of financial markets and trading
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- Knowledge of technological aspects in global financial markets
- Experience in FIX protocol and high load in complex trading system
