We are looking for outstanding candidates who wish to work in a challenging and fast paced organisation to join our growing team of staff.
You will:
- help deliver on company’s core platform strategy by managing and overseeing geographically distributed, multiple development streams under AxiomSL Core platform umbrella;
- play a key role in the next level of the company growth by driving changes in the development/engineering organization and processes;
- identify synergies between multiple development streams and create/maintain an ecosystem where these streams can thrive while managing the inter-dependencies between them;
- manage the collaboration with the stakeholders viz. product managers, support and solution development and the executive management;
- set up and track KPIs for the employees, work with them on their career growth plan;
- provide leadership in bringing in real process efficiencies and helping the organization to achieve next level of growth and scale;
- mentor the team and keep the overall environment positive and constructive.
Requirements
You are:
- an experienced leader (at least 15 years of relevant experience), having successfully managed large geographically distributed, multi-cultural development/engineering teams;
- extremely well-versed with Agile-based software delivery and have good experience in transforming traditional delivery models to Agile;
- an energetic individual who is not shy of pushing boundaries and able to inspire the team to deliver goods;
- an experienced technology player with thorough understanding legacy and advanced technologies;
- having good experience in the financial industry and in similar product organizations;
- able to track and deliver multiple streams at the same time;
- a people person who can communicate clearly and manage stakeholders confidently;
- goal centric not needing constant supervision.
