Are you an experienced Investment Officer looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to further advance your skills and career in a great working environment?
We would welcome Chief Investment Officer to structure amp; re-structure holdings (incl Mamp;A).
Reporting to: Executive Director
Location: EU/Russia
Key responsibilities:
take care of unregulated corporate entities - their formation, destruction, redomiciliation, reporting, etc making sure Board Members equity investments are in good order and investable.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, professional qualifications will be a plus
- Fluent English and Russian
- Previous working experience in a similar role for 5+ years
- Good understanding of both Russian and International accounting standards, regulatory reporting and audit, Russian and international taxation, Russian and common law contracts
- Experience in company structuring, Mamp;A, DD, corporate finance, investment appraisal
- Experience in international relations to cover 9 non-regulated entities plus 4 potential that are mentioned as target for Mamp;A
- Commercial drive (sales amp; business strategy development amp; new client acquisition)
- Strategic mindset and full ownership of execution (hands on)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Team and stakeholder management skills (decentralized set up, remote)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Capacity to work in a high-growth environment with emerging structure and manage multiple internal stakeholders
