Overview
Arkadium is looking for a high-energy, organized, fun-loving individual to join our team as a producer for our web and mobile games.
Responsibilities
- Energize and motivate your team to create a great product while hitting delivery dates
- Regularly communicate with product owners, team leads and stakeholders to unblock team and keep momentum
- Create PBIs, track tasks and milestones and run standups, planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Facilitate discussion of project milestones between the development team and Product Owner
- Track the development speed against Product roadmaps to ensure that the team is hitting the target milestones, communicate and adjust well in advance
- Monitor your game post-release and work closely with product owners to track SDK updates, crash rates and ratings
- Manage delivery of post-release updates
- Communicate the milestones, project progression internally through emails, company meetings, and other methods
- Identify and mitigate risks for the product’s success
- Directly manage third party vendors when needed
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal you are clear, concise, and positive in your communication style
- Love of games and knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem
- 3+ years of project/team management
- Experience with both Traditional and Agile software development methodologies, understanding the applicability of each
- Experience with task trackers, enterprise-level software management tools (ADO experience a plus)
- Experience working in an internationally distributed team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work with others in pursuit of a common goal
