Job profile:
We are looking for an Agile coach to setup and facilitate software development processes across all development teams. We are looking for a mature Agile coach who knows that Agile-from-book does not work everywhere.
The role assumes:
- Hands-on participation in development teams’ activities;
- Flexible process setup across 10+ development teams with a unified approach to process outcomes;
- Focus on team productivity, active role in its data-driven calculation;
- Staff training on Agile techniques and best practices;
- Metrics collection and monitoring;
Requirements
- Relevant experience in IT teams as Agile Coach/SM;
- Experience using Scrum and Kanban with practical knowledge of pros and cons;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT;
- Knowledge of technological aspects in global financial markets;
- Fluent English - both verbal and written;
- Sufficient knowledge of Atlassian products;
