Job Overview
This is a part-time position of PSP Reconciliation Analyst who will be able to reconcile turnovers and balances with Payment systems providers on a weekly and monthly basis and support financial reporting.
What will you do?
- Run weekly and monthly reconciliation procedure with Payment System Provider (PSP) and following up on any discrepancies, monitor PSP settlements and bank settlements
- Maintaining a base of payment system reports
- Support of audits in terms of reconciliation with payment systems
- Participation in the special reconciliation software implementation process
- Initiate funding or withdrawing of PSPs’ balance upon request
- Check of PSP charges, refunds, and chargebacks
- Support financial reporting and data analysis
- Deal directly with the finance departments of PSP
Requirements
- Russian - native
- English - Upper-intermediate
- 3+ years experience in finance, preferably in a PSP or financial institution
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Understanding of how various PSPs work
- Experience with all MS Office applications and GSuite
- Knowledge of Accounting software (1C)
- Analytical mind, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to plan workload
- Knowledge in Financial Reporting and Data Analysis
Additional Skills Preffered
- Experience in a PSP or financial institution
- Understanding of how various PSPs work
