We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based in our Moscow office or any remote location.

We’re looking for the candidate to join our team in helping to create the most innovative, customer-oriented FinTech platform on the market.

Duties:

• Settlements with partners, payment aggregators for transfer transactions;
• Automation of typical operations and calculations (setting tasks for IT, agreeing on technical specifications, testing);
• Development of verification reports, implementation of corrective measures.

Requirements

• Fluency in MS Excel;
• At least 3 years of experience in settlements with cards and transfers;
• Knowledge of the ruled requirements of VISA amp; MasterCard in terms of Clearing amp; Settlement, VSS reports, Settlement Advisements reports;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting, skills in working with regulatory documents, downloading data by means of writing SQL queries (Oracle);
• Fluent English (at least intermediate).
