The AI/ML Developer will join a distributed engineering team working on applied machine learning systems, model development, and production deployment. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build scalable, robust solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role is based in Moscow and reports to the AI engineering lead. Work mode: remote/online.

Role Summary:
The AI/ML Developer will join a distributed engineering team working on applied machine learning systems, model development, and production deployment. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to build scalable, robust solutions that deliver measurable business value. This role is based in Moscow and reports to the AI engineering lead. Work mode: remote/online.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate ML models for classification, regression, NLP, or computer vision tasks.
- Translate product requirements into ML solutions and integrate models into production pipelines with cross-functional teams.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code for data processing, feature engineering, model training, and serving.
- Optimize model performance and latency for production; implement monitoring and automated retraining workflows.
- Conduct experiments, perform error analysis, and document findings to guide model improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; production-grade coding experience.
- ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
- Data tools: pandas, NumPy; feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
- MLOps: model training pipelines, hyperparameter tuning, experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases).
- Cloud & deployment: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker, Kubernetes.
- Domains: Experience with NLP or computer vision frameworks.
- Evaluation: model metrics, A/B testing, monitoring in production.
- Software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, code review, automated testing.
- Languages: Strong English; Russian is a plus.
