Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs on Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with the ability to effectively train and engage global participants.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and corporate sessions on Microsoft technologies

Design and customize training content based on client requirements

Conduct hands-on labs, demos, and real-time use case discussions

Assess participant performance and provide feedback

Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and certifications

Collaborate with internal teams for course development and improvements

Travel globally for onsite training delivery (if required)

Required Skills

Strong expertise in one or more of the following:

Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.)

Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MS-102)

Windows Server / Active Directory

Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Good understanding of Cloud, Networking, and Security concepts

Hands-on experience with real-world implementations

Certifications (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) – Preferred

Any relevant Microsoft certifications

Strong expertise in one or more of the following:

Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, etc.)

Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MS-102)

Windows Server / Active Directory

Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
