Job Description

As a Retention Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the email and SMS marketing strategies for our brand. This role demands a blend of technical prowess, creative flair, and data-driven insights to optimize and manage campaigns and flows that don't just capture attention but convert it into revenue.

Job Description - What We Want You To Do

- Execute email marketing strategies using Klaviyo, including setting up, optimizing, and managing email flows and campaigns.
- Conduct daily data analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and revenue maximization.
- Implement and optimize site popups and email split-tests to ensure optimal returns.
- Ensure technical set-up of tracking scripts and conversion event codes are in place and functioning correctly.
- Oversee the entire email/SMS journey, from setup to management and optimization.
- Maintain list hygiene to ensure database quality and engagement.
- Coordinate with Senior eComm Strategists and the CRM team for cross-channel campaign initiatives and reporting.
- Provide detailed reports, and formulate ongoing performance improvement strategies.
- Stay informed about the latest Klaviyo platform updates and share knowledge to uplift the team and our clients.

Requirements

You’re Perfect If You Have/Are

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on eCommerce Email marketing and Klaviyo platform experience.
- A proven track record with Email campaigns and flow management for lists exceeding 1,000,000 contacts.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exceptional prioritization, productivity, and organizational skills.
- Elite communication prowess - articulate both in writing and verbally.
- A team player attitude.

Additional Skills amp; Qualifications:- Manage and integrate customer data sources.
- Implement technical solutions as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Klaviyo's features and functionalities.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leverage Klaviyo for business needs.
- Handle list management, integration, API set-up, and maintenance.
- Execute name capture support, suppression file maintenance, custom field set-up, and coupon code management.
- Implement and manage triggered campaigns and oversee A/B testing initiatives.
- Postscript experience is a plus

  • Full-time position with monthly salary paid once or twice a month. Salary in USD and based on experience and skill.

Working Hours

This is a full time position.

You will be required to coordinate with the rest of the team for at least 4 hours per day in the EST time zone. For the rest of the schedule you can login earlier or later depending on your preference.
