Our client is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, and will play an instrumental role in shaping the teams that drive our success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the intricacies of open roles and design effective job descriptions.
- Proactively source and attract passive candidates using various methods including advanced search techniques, Boolean searches, and social media.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best-fit candidates for interviews.
- Lead, guide, and train junior talent acquisition team members, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Foster strong professional networks and maintain relationships with a pool of potential candidates for future job opportunities.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by gathering insights, analyzing trends, and considering new technologies and tools.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes and transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on senior roles and leadership hiring.
- Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of the latest industry trends and shifts in the talent acquisition landscape.
