Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to oversee and refine their talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in recruitment strategies, a sharp eye for identifying potential, and the expertise to guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team leads and managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs and objectives for senior roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from various channels.
  • Review, screen, and interview applicants, ensuring they meet the company's standards and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate final interviews and decision-making.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for multiple senior-level roles simultaneously.
  • Mentor junior recruitment team members, sharing best practices and insights.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, ensuring continuous optimization of the hiring process.
  • Represent the company at industry-specific recruitment events, strengthening employer branding.
  • Stay abreast of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the European market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Solid understanding of the entire recruitment process, particularly for senior roles.
  • Proficient in using modern recruitment tools and software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with European labor laws and non-discriminatory recruitment practices.
