Responsibilities:

1. Greet Visitors. Receptionists are positioned at entrance ways to welcome everyone who comes through the door.
2. Perform Security Measures. Performs administrative and security lobby operation duties in support of the area.
3. Report Problems. Noticing and reporting suspicious activity.
4. Answer Phone calls.
5. Monitor Control Systems.
6. Maintains receptionist duties daily.
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures via reception desk
